Please allow between 12 -15 business days for US orders to arrive.

Tracking is typically uploaded within 72 business hours.

Our current shipping rate is a flat fee of $6.67USD per order. 

If your order contains multiple items they may arrive in separate packages and may not arrive on the same day.

If more than 30 days have passed please email us at help@bestgiftshoppers.com to review the status of your order. Refunds and returns can be handled through email if necessary.

NOTE: For items that are meant for special occasions (Halloween, birthdays and anniversaries etc.), we highly recommend placing the order at least 2 weeks prior to the event.
