We offer a 100% money back guarantee on all products that are defective or damaged during shipping. Just let us know and we will provide a return address and a replacement or refund as preferred. If you are unsatisfied with your order – please contact our support help@bestgiftshoppers.com and we will do our best to help you out! Customers will be responsible for paying return shipping costs.
Refunds & Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return and refund. You are entitled for a refund if the item is:
- Broken
- Defective
- Doesn't match the description
- Never arrived
To start a return, you can contact us at help@bestgiftshoppers.com . If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping address. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Shipping Fees for return items
Shipping fees for return items are your responsibility, and you must pay for them. If you’re shipping items worth over $50, please consider shipping the package using a tracking number or purchase shipping insurance.
Exchanges & Replacements
If the item you’ve received is damaged or defective, we can arrange an exchange for you. If you want to exchange your item(s) because of the wrong size, please send us an email at help@bestgiftshoppers.com . We will send you the return address that you must pay shipping for. You will then send us a tracking number so that we can confirm that the return is on its way. In addition, you will also have to pay for the shipping of the exchange item.
